Dura Cleanse Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Dura Cleanse wet wipes, body wipes, and CPAP wipes. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee no product returns required. If our wipes don't meet your expectations, simply let us know and we'll make it right.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@dura-cleanse.com with your order number and name.
  2. Tell Us Why: We'd love to hear why you weren't satisfied so we can improve.
  3. Refund Processing: Once we have your request, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Guarantee Terms

  • The satisfaction guarantee applies to your first order of a product and is limited to a single unit. For multi-packs or bundles, only one unit is eligible for refund.
  • The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer, household, or shipping address.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show a pattern of repeated refunds, or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or abusive.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@dura-cleanse.com. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or offering a refund.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable, and refunds on sale items may be subject to review based on the promotion. If you have any questions about a specific sale item, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
