Dura-Cleanse Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Dura-Cleanse wet wipes, body wipes, and CPAP wipes. That’s why we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy—no product returns required. If our wipes don’t meet your expectations, simply let us know, and we’ll make it right.

How to Request a Refund

    Email us at hello@dura-cleanse.com with your order number and name.
  2. Tell Us Why (Optional)
    We’d love to hear why you weren’t satisfied, just so we can improve. But rest assured, it won’t affect your refund eligibility.
  3. Refund Processing
    Once we have your request, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@dura-cleanse.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or offering a refund.

Sale Items & Gift Cards
